08:00 – 08:45 | Riders start to arrive from 08:00 to register for the ride, get their bikes ready and enjoy breakfast |
08:45 – 09:00 | The event manager provides a rider brief explaining the event, any changes to do with the route and any specific points that the riders need to be aware of |
09:00 – 09:30 | Longer route riders are released out onto the route under the bespoke start/finish arch using traffic management to get them safely onto the road in waves |
10:00 – 10:45 | Riders start to arrive from 10:00 to register for shorter route; they also have an opportunity to prepare their bikes and have breakfast |
10:45 – 11:00 | The event manager provides the shorter route rider brief |
11:00 – 11:30 | Shorter route riders are released out on to the route using traffic management to get them safely out on to the road |
Rider dependent | Riders visit the two pit-stops on the longer route and one on the shorter route to refuel with snacks and water before returning to the route |
From 13:30 | The riders are welcomed back to the finish venue |
14:00 – 18:00 | Riders enjoy post-ride hospitality and a well-earned drink where they can chat with other riders about their experiences |
